What to do:
As educators we send and receive many emails a day. Some are useful, some are annoying and some are helpful. Whatever you feel about them you receive and send them!
So maybe try this...
Change/add a signature in your emails. By all means keep your name and title but add a sentence/words/phrase(s) that link to your line of specialism/area of responsibility/whole school target.
For example I am the Director of Inclusion and my big push this half term is differentiation... Therefore my signature reads
Kind Regards,
Amjad Ali
For effective differentiation
(Get to) know your students.
This is a simple, easy way to keep your key message the key message.
